Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ganas33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ganas33 website located at ganas33.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality made available through that website (collectively, "the Services").

Account Eligibility

• The funds you deposit are legitimately yours, free from any encumbrance, and not derived from criminal activity.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the ganas33 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. ganas33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ganas33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You agree to notify ganas33 immediately via our support channels if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion at any point during your use of the Services, ganas33 may require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence for proof of identity, and a recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within three months) for proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Terms of Use

In accessing and using the ganas33 platform, you agree to comply with the following usage conditions at all times:

5.1 Permitted Use

The platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment and recreational use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict the use and enjoyment of the platform by any other user.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ganas33 platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the platform without our express written consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or match-fixing in connection with any betting market or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other users to systematically drain promotional offers.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person without our prior written consent.
• Any conduct that could be construed as money laundering, structuring, or financing of terrorist activities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

ganas33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC20). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency equivalents.

6.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within the timeframes stated on our payment methods page — instantly for most e-wallets and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers. ganas33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are your responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as specified on the platform.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn prior to fulfilment).
• Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours. Processing times vary by method; bank transfers typically settle within 5–15 minutes post-approval during operating hours.
• ganas33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with AML best practices.

6.4 Currency

The primary currency of the platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ganas33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

ganas33 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to this general clause and to the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page and must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-account basis. Only one account per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method is eligible to claim any promotional offer.
• ganas33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes will not disadvantage users who have already accepted a bonus and are actively working towards its wagering requirement.
• Any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors will be voided in their entirety.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The current welcome bonus package of up to MYR 2,880 is available to new registered users on their qualifying initial deposit(s). Cryptocurrency deposits attracting the additional 2% crypto bonus are subject to separate promotional terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ganas33 platform are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules published on the platform. The following general provisions apply:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted and confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. ganas33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to be placed using privileged inside information or as part of suspicious wagering activity.

8.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure (including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds on Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, or UFC events), ganas33 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the relevant account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. ganas33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live betting market.

8.4 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC for Mixed Martial Arts events). Where a governing body's official result is disputed, ganas33 reserves the right to defer settlement until a final ruling is issued.

Responsible Gambling

ganas33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily suspend or permanently close their account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and may not be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• The reproduction, distribution, transmission, or modification of any platform content without our express prior written consent.
• The use of any ganas33 trademark, logo, or brand asset for any purpose not expressly authorised in writing by ganas33.
• The reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any software or game engine used on the platform.
• The creation of derivative works based on platform content or functionality.

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Liability & Disclaimers

11.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ganas33, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, or any other losses arising from reliance on platform content, technical failures, or service interruptions.

11.2 Service Availability

ganas33 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. ganas33 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Game content on the ganas33 platform is provided by third-party software providers under licence. ganas33 makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or fairness of third-party game software beyond what is confirmed by the game provider's independently certified RTP figures.

11.4 No Guarantee of Winnings

The outcome of all casino games and sports betting markets is subject to chance and/or the skill of participants. Past performance of any game, player, or team is not indicative of future results. ganas33 makes no representation that any user will win any particular amount or achieve any particular outcome.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by ganas33

ganas33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void pending withdrawals and balance funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• A request or requirement from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

12.2 Closure by User

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable period. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the user's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

ganas33 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ganas33 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ganas33 operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to providing fair, transparent dispute resolution processes for all users.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a User and ganas33, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The User should raise the dispute with our customer support team in writing via email to [email protected], providing full details of the issue, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and the desired resolution.
2. Internal Review: ganas33 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: If the User is unsatisfied with ganas33's response, the dispute may be escalated to our licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable.

14.2 Language

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
